The team at Luxe Patios designed and installed a bank of 7 x Stratco Allure Opening Roofs. The biggest commercial project in Australia which is an amazing accomplishment for a Central Coast based business.
Opening Louvre Roofs allow for the best of both worlds. Open for direct sunshine or light and closed when shade is required. With the Allure having automatic rain sensors, they close when it starts to rain, ensuring everything underneath stays dry.
Wamberal – Luxe patios projects with Stratco Louvre Opening Roof
As part of another standout Luxe Patios project, our clients wanted to enhance their existing deck by adding a Stratco Allure Opening Roof. The Luxe Patios team designed and installed the perfect solution, allowing them to enjoy their outdoor space in any weather.

Green Point – Stratco Gable Cooldek Insulated Roof
Our clients at Green Point had an existing deck in need of a Luxe Patio upgrade. After exploring various options, they decided to go with Stratco Cooldek Insulated Panels for superior comfort and style.
Rather than opting for a flat roof, they chose a gable design, which maximizes the patio’s height, opens up the space, and invites more natural light into the kitchen area.
To further enhance the area, we added lights to the roof panels and a fan for added comfort. The Luxe Patios team also installed Stratco Outdoor Ambient Blinds on the end, offering greater privacy, protection from the wind, and relief from the western sun in the afternoon.

For their Luxe Patio project in Terrigal, our clients selected the Outback Patios System for their second-story deck. Surrounded by trees, they also wanted to maximize natural light, so they decided to incorporate light panels into the design.
Light panels allow for strategic placement at varying distances to bring in additional light where it’s needed most, brightening up the deck without compromising style.

Terrigal – Stratco Double Bank Pavilion Allure Louvre Roof
Have you ever had an outdoor area that simply wasn’t usable? Perhaps one with no undercover space or one that felt dark and uninviting?
Our clients at Terrigal were in a similar situation—without any area to sit outside. However, after the installation of their new pool, they wanted to transform their backyard into a true entertaining area, where they could comfortably relax and keep an eye on the kids in the pool.
To achieve this, they chose a Double Bank Allure Louvre Patio, which offers the flexibility of having one side open while keeping the other side closed. This design not only creates an additional living zone but also enhances the overall appeal of their outdoor space. As a result, they not only transformed their backyard into a dream outdoor area but also added extra value to their home. What a stunning outcome!
Terrigal – Luxe patios projects with Stratco Allure and Outdoor Ambient Blinds
Stratco Sunroof offers a unique alternative to Allure louvres. For this project, the goal was to create a space where the clients could relax or entertain within the comfort of their own private courtyard.
The Allure louvres are crafted entirely from extruded aluminium, including beams, gutters, posts, and blades, which not only ensure long-lasting durability but also deliver a sleek, modern appearance.
Furthermore, by adding Outdoor Ambient Blinds, we enhanced their outdoor living space. These blinds offer protection from sun glare, heat, UV rays, wind, rain, and insects, while simultaneously ensuring privacy. This combination creates an even more comfortable and functional environment for our clients to enjoy year-round.
Point Frederick – Stratco Outback Combination Gable & Flat
Gable roof patios are popular due to the feeling of height and space whilst still keeping you covered. Our client’s vision was to have cover all the way along their deck, so they could maximise the extension of their living room in all weather.
The gable patio was constructed to give more height in their entertaining area which is located next to the pool. It’s pitched roof design not only adds architectural elegance but also allows for ample natural light and ventilation, making it ideal for patios, pergolas, and carports.

Hamlyn Terrace – Stratco Cooldek Insulated Roof with Xpress Batten Screen
What a special project this was. The scope was to create a covered entertaining area which was between the pool, outdoor basketball court and kids play area.
By using Xpress Battens vertically, it created a privacy screen that is strong and has bigger gaps between the battens to see into the kids play area.
Stratco Cooldek insulated roof panels creates a sleek and contemporary look to the outdoor spaces. Cooldek panels keep the area cooler due to the insulated panels. An outdoor kitchen was also constructed by the team for this luxe patio project.
Jewel – Stratco Louvre Privacy Screen
Thinking outside the box for this project the team created privacy screens out of Louvre panels.
The Stratco Outback flat patio was installed a few months earlier and our client wanted to enclose the new outdoor area with some more privacy but wanted options other than ambient outdoor blinds.
Louvre panels are created in sections with a manual open/close and create option to have light and breeze in the space or close off during rain. What a wonderful Luxe Outdoor Area.

For our clients at Caves Beach, they wanted a solution that would provide additional privacy and shield them from the intense afternoon western sun.
